WORKERS WANTED:

The Lapeer Township Clerk’s office is looking for precinct inspectors. A precinct inspector must be a registered voter in the State of Michigan. They cannot be a challenger, candidate, member of a candidate’s immediate family, or a member of the local Board of Canvassers.  Anyone convicted of a felony or an election crime may not serve.  Attending training is mandatory to work the election.  Please contact the Clerk’s office for additional details.

INSPECTOR TRAINING:

All inspectors must complete a mandatory training once every two years that is given by the Lapeer County Clerk. Lapeer Township will also provide mini workshops specific to your job on election day. Our website will also post training material for your use.
